Welcome to A-Frame on Tims Ford Lake nestled on the picturesque shores of Tims Ford Lake. If you're seeking a tranquil retreat surrounded by nature's beauty, this is the perfect destination for you. Enjoy views of the seasonal water from the spacious deck. There is seasonal direct access to the lake, with a private boat dock, ideal for swimming, fishing, or simply lounging by the water's edge. The cabin is a quick drive to many local spots including Lynchburg and Jack Daniels Distillery.
Good to know
This is a small 1,048 square foot A Frame Cabin, we have completely renovated and maximized the space to live comfortably. On the main floor there is the primary bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living space. A modified ladder stairs lead to two bedrooms upstairs. Down the outdoor steps lead to the unfinished basement and laundry. This home is on the lake with a private boat dock. Approximately 160 steps lead to the lake. We have a video monitor at the front door.
Other Details to Note
We are located 15 minutes to Jack Daniel’s Distillery and Lynchburg Square. We do not have year-round water as water levels are controlled by The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). TVA lowers the water levels in its reservoirs in preparation for winter and spring storms. Usually, beginning around October the water levels at Tims Ford will start dropping. Normally there is a 13-15 foot difference in summer pool and winter pool. The water levels generally begin to start rising again in March-April, and quickly return to summer pool. There is a propane grill that is the responsibility of guests to fill/ exchange if used.
